A year ago, someone told me I have “chicken arms”. I sure hope they see this post! 🙂
I like to make my workouts metabolic, so I combine moves:
- Step ups/bicep curl–>heavy weight x 8-10 reps
- Squat/bicep curl/shoulder press–>heavy weight 8-10 reps
- Dips off the bench–>10-20 (whenever you want to stop, do 3 more)
- Push ups x10
- Repeat 4-5x
This should take you no longer than 20 minutes as long as you don’t take time to rest between exercise.
Keep on moving!
Don’t forget to choose HEAVY challenging weights! No more chicken arms for me! 🙂
