Not only is using a slam ball during your workout awesome for both strength and cardio but it really helps get the ANGRY out!

And this is one of my FAVORITE quotes these days for that very reason. Take all the anger & fear to the gym and leave it there.

Don’t have a slam ball? Get one ASAP.
I like to use a 25lb ball but you should use whatever is challenging for YOU.
