As I have confessed many times, I am addicted to Diet Pepsi and sugar. (and I have failed at trying to kick these habits a zillion+ times so I will spare you the links to my posts where I claim that “THIS TIME it’s going to work!” sigh.)
I know it’s evil.
I know I need to make changes.

So I bought this book:
It Starts with Food: Discover the Whole30 and Change Your Life in Unexpected Ways
All I can say is that it is AWESOME.
If you want to change your diet and your life, this is a must read.
I want to commit to the Whole 30, (it’s free!) but I’m terrified.
I just simply cannot kick my diet pepsi and sugar habit at the SAME time, can I?
