My boyfriend suggested we try paddle boarding and my first thought was "Is paddle boarding a workout?"  :) This is where my mind goes with most activities.....how can we make this into a workout? Training for a Tough Mudder

In less than one month, I will approach that Tough Mudder starting line!  Am I ready?  Ummmm.....sure!!! Last spring, I did a mud race and conquered my fear of mud. I was surprised it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, so this year I've decided I am going to tackle a Tough Mudder.  Gulp.
