Sugar is bad for you and it is something you really want to try to stay away from. As delicious as it is, it’s extremely addictive. Sugar is very calorie dense and it is not good for you at all. We all drink beverages with tons of sugar several times a day with no problem and do not pay attention to the damage that we are doing to ourselves. A can of soda has thirty-two grams of sugar which is six percent of your daily caloric intake. So in one can of soda, there are eight teaspoons of sugar which would equal thirty-two grams and that is definitely way too much sugar, and that is for just one drink.
