A few years ago, I just wanted to be skinny and now I realize just how good it feels to be STRONG.
This former cardio queen is now weights obsessed and since I’m usually short on time, I like to create workouts that don’t require a full gym. I focus on combination exercises, such as squats to overhead press, because they give me a strength and cardio component. I was very excited to have these AMAZING Bowflex SelectTech® 552 dumbbells show up at my doorstep last week! They are fully adjustable from 5 to 52.5 pounds by adjusting in 2.5-pound increments up to the first 25 pounds. This means I can do a full body workout pretty much anywhere! (No excuses!) You can bet these are coming with me on our family beach vacation later this summer.
