Here are a few of the thoughts that ran through my head during my personal training session with Jennifer:
- oh please make it stop!
- this is so awesome!
- help! can’t she see I’m dying here?
- is it over yet?!!
- wow, I actually CAN do that for one minute!
- I think I’m going to cry
- I swear I will never eat raw cookie dough again!
- my fat is jiggling!
- bummer, it’s over already?
- so awesome, when can I come again?
Jennifer “The Bolivian Queen” Salinas is a female pro-boxer. She is also a busy mother of three! (and seriously, look at her!) She works at LA Boxing as an instructor and personal trainer.
She put me through a very rigorous workout including bosu squats, assisted pull ups, dips, sprints, and boxing. It was intense. I whined. (a lot) I cursed every single cookie and donut I have ever thrown down my throat and swore I would make drastic changes to my diet!
At the end of the session I was drenched in sweat and shaky.
Yet I cannot wait to go again. 🙂
Despite the pain and suffering, it was an incredible workout that I KNOW will get results. She is also super nice, even though she is an animal in the ring. Check out this clip of Jennifer Salinas in action:
