I wanted to go for a run but my thermometer said 23 degrees. I’m too old for cold but I just cannot take another day on that treadmill.
So, I layered, bundled and headed outside.
Was it cold? YES!
Was it wonderful? YES!
Am I glad I went outside for a run? ABSOLUTELY!
So don’t let that cold weather keep you inside. The fresh air and sunlight will do your body (and mind!) good.
