The Spring into Fitness challenge continues this week, have you done the workout from last week yet? No worries, there is still time! The contest does not end until midnight EST on Monday, March 31, 2008.

It’s move it Monday gang, are you ready to shake off your weekend and get moving? I hope so!


Here is challenge #2:

  • Take 15 minutes for either running, cycling, walking, swimming, or any other cardiovascular activity that you enjoy.
  • At the end of the 15 minutes, do the following exercises:
    • 20 squats
    • 10 push ups
    • 15 tricep dips off your coffee table or chair (Mizfit gives a fabulous tutorial on how to do a proper tricep dip here. Yes, spend a minute or so admiring her arms, I know I did!)
    • low plank 15 seconds
    • 20 crunches

That is it, you are done! Feels great, doesn’t it?
