Bring out the Bosu gang, it is move-It Monday!!
(If you do not have a Bosu, do not close your browser window just yet! I will give you modifications so you can still do this!)
Move it Monday is a way to get a fresh and active start on our week so let’s get moving!
Stand on top of the Bosu and just march in place for one minute. Get a feel for it, notice how your balance is challenged and smile because you are moving and having fun!
After your minute of marching, do the following 10 items while staying on top of the Bosu. Challenge yourself to get through the list before stopping for a break. And remember, if you do not have a Bosu, you can still do this on the floor.
Ready?
GO!
- 10 squats
- jog or march in place-10 seconds
- 15 squats
- jog or march in place-15 seconds
- 20 squats
- jog or march in place- 20 seconds
- 15 squats
- jog or march in place-15 seconds
- 10 squats
- jog or march in place-10 seconds
Did you work up a sweat?
This is a quick workout that you can do several times throughout the day to get your blood pumping. Even if you only have 15 minutes to spare before you have to take the kids to school you can still get this one done!
The reality is that most of us do not have a spare hour (or more!) in our day to exercise. That does not mean we should just scrap our whole fitness plan though. Find 10-15 minutes here and there to get this workout done, even if that means you have to do it in the kitchen while the kids are eating lunch.
Every little bit counts, so please try and do something almost every day. No excuses gang!

OMG! I was watching a bunch of Bosu videos last night. Our brains must have been in synch. I tried this once, and was all over the place. I had a hard time staying on and being in a class with all kinds of people around added to my pressure feelings. I’d like to get one of these for home so I can practice and get a better hang of it.

[...] Move it Monday: It is Bosu time! - Workout Mommy - Another great dieting/workout site. This particular article features a workout that is easy to do multiple times a day. I’ve bookmarked it to try it out. And no, I don’t have a Bosu but it isn’t necessary to do the routine. [...]

Quick Critique!
1) I noticed you have a “related posts” section beneath each entry, but what’s the point of the one-line blurb under each title? They don’t tell the reader much about the post itself, and only clutter up the page. I think that titles should be self-explanatory enough for you to not need the blurbs.
2) Your ads come before your other sidebar content. People don’t want to log on to your site to see ads- they want to know what your blog is about and what’s happening on it. You’ve also got animated/flash ads, which are distracting and take away from the focus on the content of your blog. I suggest switching the positions of your ads and moving them to the bottom.
Thanks for the business! Hope this helps.
