4242868703.jpgHere is a round up of what I enjoyed reading this past week. Please check them out!

Iowa Avenue has a challenge (and a hilarious picture) that you don’t want to miss out on. Sign yourself up!

The Everyday Athlete has a great post about the Basics of Running. If you are a runner or thinking of becoming a runner (because you know you want to!) it is a great list that you definitely want to go and read.

Photoshop much? Check out Leslie’s post over at The Weighting Game to see the difference between magazine covers today versus 1993. Which one do you prefer?

Before you go to the grocery store this weekend, Stephanie from Back in Skinny Jeans reminds you to stick to the perimeter.

and finally, some food for thought this weekend:

“Super Bowl Sunday is now the nation’s second-biggest “food holiday,” trailing only Thanksgiving.”

So enjoy the game, not the snacks!

Have you been active today? No excuses!

Wow, Superbowl parties are crazy, aren’t they?

I’d just like to say that my 7:00 am reformer pilates class is no longer killing me, and I’m quite proud of that fact, lol!

Thanks for the plug. I think the Tight Ass Challenge is a good one. Who doesn’t want a tight ass?
