The Biggest Loser couples is coming down to the wire and only a handful of contestants remain! Any guesses on who will be the winner?

I still love this show, despite all the negative comments about it. Yes, there are aspects of the competition that are controversial, but for the most part it teaches sedentary people how exercise and proper nutrition will help them lose weight. I love it because it gets people EXCITED about exercise!

The episode last night had Bob leading his team through a yoga workout. Bob has the largest men on his team and he commented that they would not be up for his “California craziness” of a yoga class. Not only did his team complete the class, but one of the largest members commented on how much he actually enjoyed it.

And for those of you who doubt the difficulty, let me assure you that yoga is a challenging workout! Just try this series here and tell me you are not sweating by the end! As we grow older, we lose balance and flexibility simply because we do not make the time for them.

So take a few minutes today to do some yoga moves.

No excuses gang, your muscles and your mind deserve this!

I’m so bummed I don’t have the comfort of the common television anymore - I used to love the biggest loser :-)!!!

I haven’t been watching BL this couples season (only because of the American Idol conflict. I’m a dork that way).
Anyway, I love hearing any little tidbits about it. I miss Bob!

I’ve never been a huge follower, but I did see a tidbit about last weeks episode. The whole Mom/Daughter team getting kicked out. The premise seemed contrary to the goals of the show, but then it does cause a flurry of chatter. I think the trainers are awesome regardless of the show’s other ways of doing things. So what made Jillian cry? I too was watching American Idol (which was so bad)!

Katieo and Cindy–don’t feel bad, I tivo American Idol!! Jillian was crying because her trainees decided to pick Bob over her. (although I think she was crying because Bob crushed her in the challenge!)

I love BL!!!!!!!! I wish they showed here in Chile!

It’s definitely motivating to see how hard the contestants work…

I’m pulling for Trent. He’s the big guy who actually liked the yoga. Never tried it myself, I’ll have to try your moves and report back.

I love finding yoga asana series online. Thanks so much for sharing. Glad the BL included yoga as a workout as well - as you said, yoga is not all about stretching! It’s total body - look at Madonna’s arms!
