Workout Wednesday: Inspiration from The Biggest Loser

    By workoutmommy | December 19, 2007

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my rss feed. Thanks for visiting!

As I watched the finale of The Biggest Loser I noticed a common phrase from most of the contestants…

“I want to be there for my kids”

I can’t think of a better motivator than this.
    Take care of yourself.
    Make the time.
Do everything that you can do today to make sure you see your kids enjoy tomorrow. So get moving and be active!

It’s workout Wednesday so make a plan and get it done.

I plan to ride my spin bike for 30 minutes (during naptime), do 30 walking lunges, 30 push ups, and 3 minutes of bicycle crunches (1 minute at a time). I will also try to squeeze in 10 minutes of jumping rope at some point during the day.

    What is your plan today?

I watched the Finale and was moved most when the families came together. The children’s responses were tear jerkers for sure!

It’s so beautiful today, I plan on going for a run around the neighborhood!

This show really gets results…it’s crazy! The winner lost like almost 50% of his body weight in, what…six months? Crazy!

I watched the finale too and it was amazing. Everyone looked so great. Those twins made out like bandits!
