How was your week? Were you active? Did you make good food choices? I hope so!

Here are some of my favorite video clips/posts from the week. Check them out and then logoff!

Former Fat Guy has a 10 minute intense leg workout for you. It is a tough one and you will feel this in your legs the next day. The star of this clip has got to be his young daughter though, go and see for yourself.

This next one hit home for me. Mark’s Daily Apple has an excellent video clip of Jack Lalanne and his take on sugar. He really knew what he was talking about back then, which is probably why he is still alive and working out daily at the age of 93!

and if you are feeling really inspired and energetic, Interval Training Works has a video clip of an intense, full body workout that requires no equipment. It has some tough, high-impact moves, so please only do the ones you are comfortable with. This is a good one to do during nap time!

I’ve been doing my Yoga Booty Ballet program every day, and I quite like it! I’m noticing changes, for sure, too. And, I like it because my little monkey enjoys doing “ballet” with me. :)
