Another week of great posts. Here are a some of my favorites:

Back in Skinny Jeans gave us a video clip of how digital editing can shave 30 lbs off a model in a matter of minutes. No wonder every magazine model looks absolutely perfect!

60 in 3 lists some great (and reasonably priced!) holiday gift ideas. I really like the suggestion for dance lessons–what a fun way to stay in shape!

People.com rallied behind Jennifer Love Hewitt after some tabloids started calling her fat based on recent vacation pictures. I really like the fact that she came forward and said the things that she did, but I find it very hard to believe that she is a size 2. It doesn’t really matter though, she is still beautiful.

Leslie over at The Weighting Game talks about a new game out for kids called Hungry, Hungry Hank. It is supposed to teach kids about healthy food choices and exercising, but it sounds like it misses the mark entirely.

Give them a quick read and then head out to be active.

    No excuses gang, get moving!
