I’ve heard it a zillion times:

“it’s the holidays and I’m just too busy to workout right now. I’ll start after the new year”

Sound familiar? I hope this isn’t what you are saying to yourself or others right now.

Do not delay your fitness plan just because it is a busy time of year.
Start your new year early and get a jump (literally!) start on fitness.

Exercise helps alleviate stress! In a bad mood? Jump on a treadmill or elliptical and go as fast as you can while listening to Bon Jovi or AC/DC. I guarantee you will feel less stressed after just a few minutes.

We are all very busy with the holidays season or just life in general. I can come up with pages upon pages of reasons why I don’t have time to exercise but the truth is that they are all just excuses. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Don’t believe me? Then listen to Carmen! She has an excellent post over here at The ELFF Diet. (which means Eat Less Fatty Foods) She has lost over 75 pounds in the past two years by not making excuses and getting serious about her life and fitness. Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that she has SIX children. Yes, SIX!!!
So if she can do it, so can we!!!

    So remember….no excuses.
Go be active and enjoy your energy!
