    Move more this Thanksgiving!

turkey.jpgThanksgiving Day is tomorrow–do you have your plan yet? I’m not talking about a food plan, I am talking about an EXERCISE plan!

Here are some ideas for how you can stay active this holiday:

    1. Sign up for a local Turkey Trot race: if you are not a runner, no worries. Most of these races have a separate race for walkers.
    2. Play some football with your family: head outside for a good few hours of running, catching, and even tackling. The kids will be worn out and so will you!
    3. Squats and lunges: can be done anywhere, anytime. Putting the bird in the oven? Do your squats at the same time!
    4. Push-ups: Make a game out of it, like here.
    5. Sprints: stressed out over the food preparation? Go outside and do a few mind-clearing sprints. I guarantee they help with the stress!
    6. Stairs can be an excellent workout! remember this one?

These are just a few that came to my mind, do you have any to share?

All the weight watchers agree that for weight loss, only diet pills cannot do much. It is important that you go for a good diet plan like the blood type diet..
