    Here are three things to put on your to-do list today:

    1. Get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity.
    2. Eat 2 servings of fruits and veggies over the course of the day.
    3. Spend 10 minutes relaxing.

    If possible put them at the top of your list for today. You are worth it!

    Don’t forget about the fitness goal that you made for yourself here. How is that coming along?
