It’s Monday gang and that means it is time to move!
I didn’t get much sleep this weekend, so I’m going to use my sleep deprivation to my advantage.
Each time I yawn, I will do 10 solid (with good form!) squats. No matter where I am or who is with me, these squats will be done! I will tell my family and friends so they can remind me not to let a squat opportunity go unnoticed.
Are you up for the challenge? Let me know how it goes and how many squats you end up doing!
Get moving gang—no excuses!

Hi, I found you through the NaBloPoMo Randomizer. I’ve challenged myself to visit as many blogs as possible during the month.
I remember doing sit-ups with my daughter on my chest when she was in the crawling stage. Babies love working mom out. =) Now I’m a grandma with health problems. I want to work out, to get stronger, but it is very difficult to get the required exercise when you barely have enough energy to get out of bed. I think it’s a vicious circle - the lack of exercise adds to the health problems, and the health problems make it nearly impossible to exercise. Any solutions?

Great idea! If I did this, I’d be in great shape since I am always yawning!

That’s a tough challenge! I’d rather change the squat to 5 push up
or add few more distances to my walking session. I don’t know why I can’t do as much squat jump as I did when I was younger.

I’m in…doing 10 right now!

If I did this with weighted squats or DLs instead, I’d be in trouble. A heavy set of those always sets me yawning in the gym from oxygen deprivation! It’d be a horrible, never-ending cycle!
Dang would I be buff.
