    Here are some of my favorite posts from the week.

    Mark’s Daily Apple gives us 7 tips to beat stress. These are definitely needed in my life right now!

    Trying Fitness has a great post about the benefits of meditation. Again, something I really need to start doing daily.

    Chubby Mommy convinced me I need to get a juicer and is sharing some of her favorite recipes. Please share your own recipes if you have them!

    Do you find yourself hungry again just an hour after eating breakfast? Head on over to Diethack for some great tips on how to maintain a balanced sugar level in your diet.

      I think stress is the biggest hidden health problem we have, especially because it secretly contributes to the ones everyone knows about, like weight gain and cardiovascular disease.
