    A celebrity workout

    Gina Lombardi, fitness trainer to the stars, gives us a glimpse into the world of celebrity fitness with a challenging workout to do on days when we are pressed for time. According to Ms. Lombardi, we should be able to do all of the exercises below within 6 minutes!

    How about if we all test it out? Our challenge today is to do the workout below and post back here how long it actually takes us.

      Nap Warden, sorry to leave you confused about the crunches! I added the link to the full article in the post, which includes detailed directions for all exercises. Let me know how long it takes you!

      Up until the v crunches I used good form. Those, however, were lax, at best. I don’t think those are an exercise you can really rush.

      This was definitely tough. I might stick to it and see if I can better my speed.

      OK, I did it in 5:41. I agree with Jeff, you shouldn’t rush these exercises. I used good form until I hit the v crunches…those were hard. I have to work on them.
