    Fit and healthy links

    Here are some of the articles I enjoyed this week. Please go and check them out!

    Back in Skinny Jeans talks about how we should slow down and take the time to savor our food. She suggests that this week we should “take one day and make dinner a slow and lingering experience”.
    Sounds like a very good idea to me!

    Workin on my Fitness has some great tips on how to stay motivated. I especially like #4, something I need to remind myself of each day!

    Half of Me writes about compulsive behaviors and how compulsive eating is very similar to compulsive shopping. I really like how she talks about people not being sensitive to her weight problem.

    Figure Friendly Club reveals three tools that can help you lose weight and keep it off. Again she offers some great ideas!
