    Fitting in FITNESS!

    Please go visit Sister Skinny and check out how she made great use of her TV time last night by doing planks during the commercial breaks!

    This is a prime example of how you can fit FITNESS into your day —even from the comfort of your own living room and in your pajamas!

    You don’t have to videotape it like she does, but if you do…please send it to me and I’ll post it here!
