The Stamina Wonder Bike is an easy to ride recumbent bicycle, so if you are looking for a quick cardio fix….just hop on. I have to get up before the sun to provide before school care, so this is the perfect way for me to get cardio done early in the morning. I can turn on the news and pedal away, without having to leave my house so there is truly no excuse. (right now, my Stamina workout bike is parked in my kitchen!) You can easily adjust the tension to increase the intensity and to track your stats.

You can easily to all upper body exercises since you can adjust the arm angle for variety of resistance exercises. It is a great way to increase intensity by combining arms and legs during your workouts. Trust me, you will be sweating! The only con (for me) is that the resistance cannot be increased for the upper body exercises, so it really is more for muscular endurance.
Other things I love about the Stamina Wonder Bike:
