Killer workout for your butt
Warmup: 1 mile run
Repeat this circuit 4x:
25 weighted walking lunges
10 single leg deadlifts with a barbell (each side)
15 weighted hip thrusts
If you still have energy left at the end, finish up with another mile run.
These are similar to the workouts you will find in many of the workout programs from Ashley Horner. I love her training programs because they are intense, but not overly complicated. You do not need a lot of equipment and you are guaranteed many killer workouts for your butt! She offers programs that can be done at home, in the gym, or even at the track. There is something for everyone, and just to warn you…..once you buy one program, you will want to get them all! 🙂

Out of all the programs, I would have to say that Valor is my favorite right now because the workouts are shorter—around 45 minutes each. Couple that with a few days of Sweet Cakes, and your butt will be in amazing shape!
