“If the number is X today, I will have a great day”
“Oh sh*t, that number is awful…..I’m not going to eat today. My life sucks.”
I am so guilty of this, are you? Yet for some reason, I cannot get that darn scale out of my life. If I don’t weigh myself at least 4x per week, I find that I completely SLACK off and end up eating garbage. So as much as I have a love/hate relationship with that dumb thing, it does hold me accountable.
