Workout Wednesday: Legs!

It’s workout Wednesday,  are you ready?

This was my leg workout plan.  Repeat each circuit for the specified time.
By the time I got to the 2 mile run, my legs were jello.  :)
Approximate workout time: 45 minutes

How often do you train your legs?
Are you more of a squat person or a lunger?


  1. Great workout!! If you consider running as leg training, then I would say I train them every day. I run or spin everyother day, and do full body weight workouts the off running/spinning days.

  2. I usually do full body circuit or Pilates workouts so my legs get worked out every time. I also run so that helps too.
