An important reminder

There are many nights when I want to just flop on the couch and inhale jellybeans and brownies.

In the mornings, I don’t want to roll out of bed and get on that treadmill again.
My legs are so tired but I have to keep reminding myself that I need to keep my eye on my goals.  (getting my pre-baby body back, pull ups, strength, etc.)

So I do it.
And not once have I regretted a single workout.

    I’m right there with you, especially the getting out of bed in the morning. My legs are tired, I’m tired, there is so much to do,….But you do have to “just do it”. It is worth it.

    I am the worst at keeping to my workouts. It’s always hard to find time or motivation to get things done. I hope to get this mentality soon!
