I love how it tracks my runs, my pace, my route, and even lets me keep track of how many “miles” on my shoes!
Cost: Free!Super easy to keep track of your calories and workouts. I love the “scan” bar option —although I should truthfully eat more foods that are not “scanable”! (you can’t scan broccoli!) I am ‘lagsworld’ on there if you would like to follow/stalk me!
Cost: Free!Kettlebell Fitness with Lauren Brooks
I love kettlebells and Lauren Brooks. She an excellent trainer who focuses on form before intensity. This is her new app —want to learn kettlebells the right way? Check this one out!
Cost: $1.99There is no doubt that Body Rock delivers some hard core tough workouts! (they also love to incorporate sandbags, which I also love!)

I really like Sportstracker which is free(or you can pay $3.99 for full version) and it works about as well as my motoactv and previous garmin.
Lauren´s last [type] ..The Bees are Coming
I use and love MyFitnessPal, use it on the regular computer
and both iPhone and iPad. I love the social side of it and it lets me track my clients’ diet easy at any point of time.didn’t know BodyRock had an app though, stopped following much now that the first girl is back with her workouts. Great list
