As I have said many times, my diet is my downfall. I am never going to lose the fat if I continue along this path so I’m jumping in on the 14 weeks of “real food” mini-pledges over on 100 Days of Real Food. (bookmark her site, it’s awesome!)
- Mini Pledge week 1 is fruits and vegetables. The goal is to eat a minimum of two different fruits or vegetables (preferably organic) with every breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal.
So starting today, I’m jumping in for the challenge and I will blog about it next week.
