I am continuing to work through my self created workout program. I am on Phase II of 30 Day workout with Jillian Michael’s DVDs. So far, I’ve lost 10 pounds, but I’ve gained so much confidence and strength and relief from anxiety. But what I really need to do is eat cleaner. That means no more sugar for me. Sugar is a beast to kill.
@Rosa: I can completely relate. This week I’m trying to focus on killing my sugar beast and it is so hard!!!
It really makes a difference when you cut out sugar. I’ve been doing it for about a month now and I really see a difference. Good luck to everyone who’s saying no to sugar…it’s so worth it!!!!

My plan is definitely to eat cleaner. I’ve been too tempted lately with Halloween goodies namely pumpkin ice cream and pumpkin cookies. It’s taper week for me since I’m running a half this Saturday, so I can’t really up the workouts this week. But, the eating on the other hand could definitely be cleaned up!
My plan is not to eat after 7pm and consume only fruit in the evenings.
I’ve challenged myself to spend 5 hrs this week working on joint mobility & flexibility.
