I know I could use one of these right now.

I’m too busy eating ice cream and feeling sorry for my oh-so pregnant self when in reality I should be out walking or swimming. Pregnant woman can (and SHOULD!) be exercising throughout their pregnancy, as long as it’s okay with the doctor.

The truth is, I’ve just gotten lazy. :(

So….I need a good swift kick!

I’ve been making excuses because I’ve been sick…but not too sick that I can’t at least walk.

Yes, I know what it is like towards the end of pregnancy to feel lazy and make excuses and this comes from an avid exerciser! You will get back into it. I bet it’s tough right now with 3 other boys to care for.

I was really upset with my doctors when they made me stop working out back in may followed by bedrest. I hated it.. now that I’m back on my feet.. and although I can’t exercise.. I look forward to my walks during my commute to and from the office. I also find myself staying longer in the grocery store to get some “exercise” in by walking & pushing my cart LOL although I’m happy that I dont’ have a ROUTINE because as I get bigger I’m also getting a lot more tired quicker.. hang in there!!!

Consider yourself kicked!! Get out there, even if it’s just for a walk with the kiddos. You’ll have more energy expending more! And you’ll stay strong for baby’s appearance soon :) and you’ll recover faster. All things you already know, but maybe a little cyber reminder is in order :)

Another kindly kick!
My clients keep me honest. I HAVE to show up, or there’s no class, lol!
This morning I spent 2 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom: scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, changing sheets, doing laundry. It’s quite a workout!!!!

I should be kicked for not attending my gym session. Sometimes I’m too lazy to get up on my bed and go to the gym or I make different excuses (I know I am only fooling myself). I really need motivation!

I’ve definitely worked out less this pregnancy than any of my others – the motivation has been lacking. I’ve really just had to MAKE myself lately. I know how much better I’ll feel after – you can do it! :)

My husband!!! pour guy he is so tired after work and dealing with 3 kids really killed him. When barely we walked together your could see him almost sleeping. But I really wish at least some time early in the morning before somebody wake up. I will try scape!!! I just need motivation as well. I said I will try~!!!
