Human bodies are designed to be active often. Inactivity is destructive to us because our anatomy and bodily systems simply aren’t built to sit for hours at a time. We all know the benefits of exercise in maintaining healthy weight and keeping a strong heart, but you might be surprised to learn of a few parts of the body that exercising regularly has been shown to help. One of these not-so-commonly known health perks to working out might be something that’s been a chronic concern of yours for years.
1. Teeth
Dental professionals all over the world from Dallas dentists to Oslo orthodontists are promoting the link between exercise and good oral hygiene. As we get old our deteriorating bones start taking calcium and other essential nutrients away from our teeth. Keeping in good shape in addition to maintaining good levels of Vitamin D intake keeps your bones strong and therefore keeps your teeth from being weakened.
2. Hearing
A recent study published and released by the American Journal of Audiology has linked good cardiovascular health with better hearing. It has mostly to do with the way blood is able to flow into the components of the ear associated with vibration sensation. This challenges the classically understood relationship with older age and inevitable hearing loss, possibly making the likelihood of poor exercise as we get older the reason why we lose our hearing.
3. Mentality
Studies done by the Mayo Clinic as well as other medical research institutions have produced much evidence linking exercise with reduced levels of depression in those who suffer from it. When we exercise certain chemicals are released into the brain in an attempt by our bodies to make ourselves mentally fit for the demands of strenuous exertion. What this means is that afterward we are often left with feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment. The best way to keep your mind in good shape is to keep your body in good shape.
If we’re satisfied with our weight and haven’t been told our hearts are in trouble we tend to think exercise isn’t necessary. But there are many other physical and mental benefits to staying in shape. Our bodies simply want to be active. Make them so, and all systems will be “go”.

I completely agree with the point that we must physical activity but if a woman feels that it is difficult to pick up heavy things or something like that, even hard work on a daily basis, it is also kind of fitness. It’s really inspiring to see women in such high capacity. This is not regular.

Having worked in the building industry for years with all the heavy lifting and bending I have suffered back pain for a while so last year I decided to do something about it.
Lost some weight and glute exercises and I’m pain free
