I love workout playdates! My friends and I get to chat and exercise and the kids play. So much more motivating when a social hour is part of your workout!

Love it!! Sometimes my girlfriends and I do P90X in the family room. The kids run around and play in other rooms, and sometimes gravitate in and exercise with us! Toddlers on up! So cute! So much fun!

Working out with friends is so much fun that the workout seems to be over in no time! You also tend to workout harder if you tend to be competitive!

This is such a great blog because it makes it so much easier when a partner is meeting you at the park or gym to work out because you can then both motivate each other to keep moving forward toward your fitness goals. If you work out alone it’s too easy to just put it off until tomorrow. I have been a personal trainer for 3 years and I can tell you that my job is all about being there to keep my clients on track. I guess you could say I am a hired buddy! : )

Man I wish i were your neighbor! That is so awesome! Trying to psyche myself up for long runs without a partner is horrible. So inspirational! Sorry that is a lot of exclamations… but I don’t know how else to show how impressed I am.
