		<description>I love your blog! I truly needed that post. I&#039;m having a &quot;why me&quot; day. I&#039;ve been doing all the mental exercises I recommend to my clients but it seems my brain wants a &quot;rest day&quot;. Too many sad things happened at once. Brain burn out occurred. It happens. 

Your post made me realize life is like a beautiful rose. It has thorns sometimes. You have to handle it gently and appreciate it greatly. 

I hope they have that book on tape! I&#039;m going to go and buy it.
