Weight loss after:
Baby #1? Pretty easy.
Baby #2? more challenging, but still doable.
Baby #3? HAS SUCKED.
I have basically been the same weight since I came home from the hospital and my baby is now SIX MONTHS old! (GAH!)

I’m frustrated.
I’m angry.
and I’m just tired.
After trying on bathing suits, cursing at the scale, and realizing my summer clothes do not fit me at all, I have officially entered the FUNK zone.

awww, hang in there. I had 3 kiddos too and it takes time. At least a year. You need to change things up, try an outdoor boot camp style class. Write down what you’re eating. I know you are probably doing everything you can think of, but don’t be so tough on yourself. Have faith, make a new plan and set some short term goals!! You CAN do it, just look at you!! I get emails from you daily, you’re super busy, have 3 beautiful, wonderful kids and hubby. Think of the positive and it will happen.
I’m right there with you, sister! I’ve been running a lot more, and I STILL can’t knock all of this weight off. Baby #3 does ‘WONDERS’ for your body. Haha! It will happen for us though. We just have to keep at it. Summer will keep us super busy and that weight will come off so fast!
OMG – You are not alone at all.
Baby #1 – came right off
Baby #2 – not all the way
Baby #3 – still not back to normal
Baby #4 – It’s been nearly 2 years and I still have 5 pounds to go….
Frustration..I’m right there with you. But I still keep trying…

If it makes you feel better:
Baby #1 1 1/4 years
Baby #2 2 years
No third baby, but because of a significant weight gain, I now weigh the same as I did at the beginning of my 3rd trimesters!
PLEASE give yourself a break! You are taking care of 3 VERY young boys. You are beautiful!!!!!
Oh Lisa – you know I feel your pain, sister!! I’ve spent more than a few days crying over my stupid weight these last few months. I don’t know what hte answer is (except maybe for me to get a brain transplant so I’ll stop caring) but I do want to let you know you are NOT alone in funkville. Love you!

You must know that you are not alone! I think that our bodies get use to the crazy daily activity level with each additional child….with work and life who has the time to spend over an hour working out like you used to do? So we might not look that great in a bathing suit NOW…it is not gonna last forever and we need to remember why our abdomens do not look the way the used to….look at their adorable smiles and try to feel better. You motivate so many people every day to go out there and do something fit for them and remind me that I can do it…..maybe not overnight like I would like. So kudos to you for everything you do for us all who enjoy your motivation! That bikini is over rated anyway…who needs your 2 year old pulling the strings and uh-oh!
Your baby is 6 months old already? WTF? Where does the time go?
Apparently you ware going to have to try something new. New exercises your body isn’t used to. And maybe switch up your eating.
But I bet your not that much higher than you should be at this point and that you look great.

I wish people would’ve warned me about the baby #2.
Baby # 1 I started running and it came right off.
Baby # 2 I am running and nothing happened. I am watching what I eat and a little came off. the baby is almost a year and I am still sitting 15 lbs heavy. Errrr.
You are so not alone in this!!!! After Baby #1- the weight fell off. 5 lbs to lose when I left the freakin’ hospital. Baby #2- he is 14 months old and I FINALLY feel back in shape and to a normal weight. I don’t think I can have #3. I just don’t think I could do it again. Keep at it- if anyone can get back into shape, you can!

Look at it this way…I can’t even use having babies as an excuse for my chub
(not that I think you’re using babies as an excuse…no woman should).
Seriously, don’t be so hard on yourself!! Start loving what you see…your strong, able body that has growb three babies and given birth three times! You can’t hate yourself into the shape you want!

I am in the same boat! I feel like my body just wants to hold on to this excess baby weight! My son #3 is a little over 6 months old too. I know the weight will EVENTUALLY come off… but until then… I can completely relate to your frustration! *hugs*
