Work off your family stress with a workout

Don’t let the holidays become your excuse for avoiding exercise.   Yes, it is a busy time and you are hosting and entertaining family but remember to make time for YOU!

The best way to relieve that holiday family drama/stress, is by going for a walk, run, or bike ride.   Work up a sweat instead of a frustrated frenzy. (Trust me…I know)

Awww – so cute! I took my youngest for a walk to the park yesterday after her nap. We took the dog with us and we had a great time bonding just the two of us. How was your Christmas?
