Hi Lisa! :)
Y'know, all the timing and resentment aside, which I totally GET (Ohhhh, I get it BIG TIME with regard to how somehow many husbands get to have that extra time for working out, sleeping, BATHING REGULARLY), there is something about having that impartial person training or teaching you. Maybe impartial is not the right word. More like a person where there is no emotional attachment on your part, training or teaching you? So, on that one part, I think it's in no way about you, but about him--like one time P tried to teach me to ski, and though he told me the right things, I took a lot of it as criticism and got frustrated. Now, my husband is not a ski instructor, but I have seen that same scenario play out in a lot of ways with a lot of people.

However, I totally get the timing and 'no fair!' part. Your baby is tiny and you are healing. You'll get there, and be back where you want to be.

An excellent way to help in fat loss while weight training is to super hydrate with ice cold water. This process will help burn fat in that drinking a gallon of water within a 14 hour period.
Since it takes energy to bring the ice cold water to core temperature as it is consumed , calories will be burned off in this process. 1 gallon of ice water requires 123 calories of heat energy to warm it to core body temp.

Also since the liver’s main function is to metabolize stored fat into usable energy, it could be very well minimized if the kidney function is hampered by dehydration calling on the liver to flush out the stored fat needed to metabolize into this energy.
