Guess What Miles Has Just Discovered

As someone who has had major foot issues, I am always reminding people how important it is to take care of your feet.  This means spending money on quality, well made shoes. (like these!)

Please don’t tell me that you are running in a pair of shoes that you bought off the rack at Target.   Visit a running or walking store that will assess your foot and recommend the proper shoe for you.

Here is a fun foot facts quiz I came across—how many answers will you get right?  (answers below, don’t cheat!)

You only get one set of feet in your life gang, take care of them!  In fact, why don’t you put them up right now and give them a break.  They deserve it! :)

    6 months ago I went to a running store and bought shoes….and it was the best thing I ever did! Now that I have the right ones, and the extra support on the side of my foot…my knees don’t hurt anymore.

    2 out of 5…I guess I don’t know much about my feet.

    But, I guess that’s pretty typical. Unless they hurt, who thinks about their feet?

    But, if they do hurt, they’re not so easy to ignore
