		<description>This has happened to me before.  There are periods when I&#039;m planning the Mamavation stuff that I can&#039;t get exercise in and I get so moody too!  Dr. Renna says that dark chocolate is a natural mood enhancer.  Just keep your eye on portion control. And you are ALWAYS welcome hanging out with the Mamavation Sistahood! I ALWAYS need mentors for my girls!</description>

		<description>Thanks so much Workout Mommy.  The &quot;plan&quot; came from years of excuses that I didn&#039;t have time because I had two kids (at the time), a traveling hubby, no job, depressed, fat, asthmatic, and tired.  I get up around 5 a.m. and know what that workout will be so my mind wraps around what my body will endure.  And I had to change that plan last night for today&#039;s workout because my hip flexors are causing sciatica issues, so Pilates will be replacing 30 Day Shred workouts for 30 days.  So I still have a plan for everyday while reducing the impact on my body.
