Exercise, of course, isn’t a panacea for everything, but it certainly can:
help general health
improve state of mind
change “modus operandi”
be a shared family activity
A great reason to “get up & get going!”
So sweats & sneakers on and out the door……

I think exercise in general keeps anything away. If you are fit and healthy you may still get catch colds and things but your immune system will be boosted and so you can fight infection off quicker.

I agree with Angie. If we keep fit, our immune system will be stronger to fight off what may come our way. Even swine flu. Julian

the H1N1 or Swine Flu virus did put our country in disarray for quite sometime, it is good to know that at least it did not cause so many deaths.
