Time is relative

Flavor Flav Clock?
If you add up the amount of time you spend each day reading emails, blogs, chatting on Twitter and/or Facebook,  I think you might find there IS some time in your day to exercise.

Right?

So logoff.
Get up.
AND GET MOVING gang!

Never underestimate the power of a workout!

OK, I have time for a quick comment, ’cause my yoga class isn’t ’til later.
You are SO right! When we say we don’t have time to exercise and then watch 2 hours of TV, something’s off. I mean, you can still work out while you watch “Hell’s Kitchen,” right? Pick up some weights, do some lunges, or, hey! Buy a mini-trampoline! It’s fun AND a workout!

Great reminder! I would add, don’t forget to actually live life in general (and don’t just read/blog/tweet about it)…

Again, thanks for the reminder. And I’m going to live life right now… :)

I totally agree with you. Many women find excuses as to why they are not working out but they find a million other things to do besides that and it only takes a good 15 – 30 minutes or more to really get a good workout in or if you just want to get your metabolism running smoothly. I have only one excuse and that is just procrastination/laziness and that turns into Ahhhhhh I’ll get it done tomorrow or the next day etc. There’s nothing to it but to do it and get it done! Great Blog!!!
