Okay, woke up 30 earlier than 3 year old and dragged my 25 week along uterus into the living room. 30 minutes of non stop circuit training – full body weights with leg emphasis. 3 year old woke up and watches a Phonics DVD while I do 20 mins walking intervals.

How’s that?

Ok…not 30 minutes, but one 25 minute session and one 29:41 session. Close at least. LOL!
