Many of us are getting ready for the kids to go back (or have already gone back) to school. There are lists, supplies, and forms galore.
You make sure you cover all the essentials when it comes to sending your little ones back into the world of learning so isn’t a good time to start working on your back-to-fitness plan?

If you have fallen off the fitness wagon this summer or just need to add some intensity to your current plan, NOW is the time.
Start making your own list.
*What are your fall goals?
*How are you going to achieve them?
*What new fitness supplies do you need? (Shoes, clothes, personal training sessions, etc.)
Write down your new routine and get started with it!
Just like your children, you might be nervous about your routine. What do you tell them when they are worried about school?
Apply that same philosophy to yourself!
You CAN do this gang.
Get up and get moving and make the time for YOU!
Leave me a comment and let me know how you are going to implement your back-to-fitness plan this year.
And don’t forget to pack your healthy lunch!

Jake already started school last week. When Emma starts next week, I’ll have 3 days a week where it’s just me and my lonesome. I have NO EXCUSE to not work out. None.
I’ve got a 5k scheduled for 9/12!
