You’re right. I started Jillian’s 30 day shred today and I feel so great for having done so!
Thanks for the reminder. I recently found a great resource that permits me to work out anywhere, anytime of the day. It’s really helping me fit my exercise in, even if it’s just 10 minutes. http://www.youcanmakeitfit.com has tons of guided workouts online, as podcasts or even workouts that you can print out. I love it.
Exercise is the only thing that keeps a person fit. It is the only “medipack” for all the health problems.
