Looking forward to the party tonight. You asked about work outs. I am going to use my Wii Fit this weekend and spend at least 30 minutes each day on it!

Workout? What’s that? I should be more diligent in the exercise department. I’m getting there though, for the past two weeks my sons have been involved in a sports camp and I’ve been walking them to the playing field which is about 20 minutes total.
I’m doing a powerlifting meet!! 6 months after giving birth to son, I’ll be competing in a bench press competition!!
I’m going to be re-starting my 5K training. Vacation messed me all up!
1000m swim today, Saturday, and Sunday.
hi! i will be doing a power yoga class at a new studio. i am very excited!!!!
I will be doing some Namaste Yoga and hopefully also getting on the Wii to do Active.

I will be going for a nice long run tomorrow morning. Every time a song ends I’ll speed up into a short sprint and then slow back down to the original pace in time to do it again at the start of the next song. Interval training is an excellent way to burn body fat especially since I need to be in bikini body shape for Hawaii in 1 week
I will also be doing strength training at the gym, my favorites are the chest press and the ab cruncher as well as the inner and outer thigh machines. As always I will need to make sure to do extra crunches and planks as well!
I think I’ll be doing some yoga on my Wii Fit. I can’t do anything too intense because of my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

I’m going to do the workoutmommy approved stairs (I actually like doing them, haha) and also day 3 of week 2 couch to 5k. Woot!

Oh, that’s so much fun! Congrats.
As I am one week post-partum, I will be going for a short walk around the neighborhood and doing mini-crunches. Wish I could go for a long run, though!
I’m bummed that I had to miss it. My co-worker who has no life, and only a cat, was stalking our office last night.
I should have gone and stolen some wi-fi.
