Drop and give me twenty!

I met some wonderful people at Blogher, especially the ones who let me interview them on video.

Please meet Mary, a very cool blogger from A Merry Life.  She is young, fun, and did not mind hanging out with an old lady like myself. She also was a great sport who showed us her push-up skills in the middle of the conference room. Thanks Mary!

So let’s all be like Mary today. Drop down and do 20 push-ups right now just because you CAN!
Never underestimate the power of a workout gang!
