I wish I had the self esteem to pull this one off.
Nicole Richie, who is about 8 months pregnant, proudly wore a bikini at the beach last week.
I think she looks awesome, don’t you?
Anyone else sport a bikini during their pregnancy?
(Even though I think other pregnant women are beautiful, I just cannot believe this about myself. I am fast approaching my highest pregnancy weight and I still have 4 months to go! It’s going to be a rough ride…….)

I think she looks great. It’s not because she has a perfect body though. She is comfortable in her skin and she knows that pregnancy is beautiful..it just is. I proudly PROUDLY wore a bikini while preg with my second child. My first loved the pool, so not goign wasn’t an option. And at 8 months preg, I was not about to buy a suit just for another month or so of pregnancy, so I just pulled out one of my regular bikinis (one that was a little more stretched out) and wore it proud. I even have pictures to remind me on my not-so-great-self-esteem days that at my heaviest weight, I still looked great in a swim suit

I think she looks fantastic, and like Nicole said above me, she seems very confident, which makes her even more beautiful. I rocked a bikini for both of my pregnancies. The baby needed some sunshine

I am not one of those women who looks pretty and glowing when pregnant. I’m more the scary, zitty, stretchmarked kind of pregnant. I’m 7 months pregnant and I have a tankini and that’s about as daring as I get. For those who can pull it off, though, it looks great–I love a nice big round belly.

On Friday we went swimming and I saw three very pregnant women in bikinis and they looked radiant! If it weren’t for the stretch marks and such, I probably would have wanted to sport one as well. If you can pull it off, it’s beautiful!

I LOVED this pic when I first saw it. Yay for pregnant girls without muumuus!! But my fave part? How normal Nicole Richie looks! See – her thighs touch like mine! Her muffin top squishes out a bit over the top of her suit – just like mine!! And she’s so happy – as she should be! If I had a locker, I’d tape this picture in it:)

I would if I looked like that! I wouldn’t feel funny about showing off my size. It’s just that my skin looked awful when I was pregnant – holy stretchmarks!
Hang in there. It’s not the weight that matters. It’s how well you take care of yourself for your unborn child

I TOTALLY wanted to wear a bikini during my pregnancies, but couldn’t find one that fit my boobs.
Stretchmarks or no, pregnant bellies are AWESOME and,IMHO, should be shown off whenever possible.
I think she looks terrific. Had I been pregnant in the summer, I would have considered a bikini, even though I would not have looked half as good as she does! I just loved my baby belly!

I actually wore a bikini while being VERY pregnant with baby #1 (who is turning 18 tomorrow!), but I wasn’t as brave with baby #2 sixteen years later…
