Do at least three of the following activities to help give your metabolism a kick and make you feel better.

- 50 squats (yes you can!)
- Drink 2 large glasses of water right now
- Eat a piece of fruit before eating lunch and dinner
- Run up and down your stairs for 3 minutes
- Dance around the room for at least 5 minutes. Crank up the intensity!

I never realized how hard jumping rope was till my 7 yr. old asked me to try. That’s one I’d sweat after 5 minutes for sure.
