In a time crunch?
Do at least three of the following activities to help give your metabolism a kick and make you feel better.

  1. Take a 20 minute power walk
  2. Do 20 walking lunges
  3. Jump rope for 5 minutes
  4. Do one minute of push-ups followed by one minute of jumping jacks
  5. 50 squats  (yes you can!)
  6. Drink 2 large glasses of water right now
  7. Eat a piece of fruit before eating lunch and dinner
  8. Run up and down your stairs for 3 minutes
  9. Dance around the room for at least 5 minutes.  Crank up the intensity!
  10. Do 3 of your favorite yoga poses and then spend one minute just focusing on your breath.

Please leave a comment and let me know which ones you chose!
Have an ACTIVE day gang!

I never realized how hard jumping rope was till my 7 yr. old asked me to try. That’s one I’d sweat after 5 minutes for sure.

    About Me

In my life before kids, I was a personal fitness trainer and self proclaimed fitness junkie. I loved the 5am workouts and evening strength training sessions. Now that I'm a mom, my life is filled with 5am feedings and piles of laundry. I've let my fitness slip and this blog will hopefully provide motivation to help myself (and YOU!) get back in shape. I want to be fit, be healthy, and be happy! No more excuses....it's time to workout mommy!
