Don’t let the summer heat keep you from enjoying your favorite walk, run, or bike ride.

Take advantage of all the sprinklers that are busy watering trees and lawns.
Go on, run through. Nobody is looking!
Get up and get moving gang.
Never underestimate the power of a workout!

Another helpful tip I have learned is to squeeze water down the back of my neck (not the front) and I can literally feel the coolness kick in instantaneously!
Working out in the evening helps me.
I love walking/running/biking through sprinklers on hot days – it makes me feel like a kid…
